4. Workshop policy - Noelle moved that we approve the workshop policy. Mona seconded. Carried.
5. Thank you to Elvi for her work at the heritage week at the Mall.

7. Tapestry Workshop - March 15 at the Kalamalka Guild given by Gudrun
8. Sheep to Shawl Update - Invitations have been sent. Judith still trying to secure a fleece. Team - Marcia will be the weaver. Catherine will spin. Still need more spinners.
9. Sharon moved that we purchase a coffee pot. Noelle seconded. Carried. Noelle to purchase one.
