Just got this recipe - haven't tried it yet but thought I would send it on in case you would like to make a batch. Sounds yummy - -just right for sipping hot while you are curled up with something good to read.

Gingerbread Coffee Mix -
3C. Coffeemate
1C. dark brown sugar
1 t. ginger
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. allspice
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. cloves
1C. instant coffee
Mix together - use a couple spoonfuls (or more to taste) in a cup of hot water.
