Potluck

Marcia thank you for hosting our annual potluck supper at your home last Monday. Nineteen of us enjoyed digging into each others delicious creations. When we were all fully satisfied we had our meeting followed by show and tell. Most brought their items for the chest that will be raffled at the IPE and Salmon Arm Fall Fair later this summer.
Elvi brought a scarf that she had woven in a cubed pattern for the chest.
Mona, a quilt she had made for one of her grandchildren who is graduating this year. She also showed us the beaded kumihimo bracelet she made at the workshop she attended at Olds.
Julia carved a pen, beautiful and she made the Harp, see photo below.
Lynne, place mats for the chest.
Gloria, pillow for the chest.
Ann, wool blanket for the chest.
Gudrun, a bread basket cloth. She also showed us the skirt and top she had sewn for her granddaughter made out of recycled jeans.
Shirley, woven bag and a woven rug for the chest.
Marica, place mat woven with a light linen for the chest.
Darlene a hat, Judith mittens, Noelle socks and myself socks all for the chest.
Gudie her label vest and zipper vest, see quilt show.
Catherine, felted bag.
Sara needle lace jewellery in which the earrings went in the chest.
